Deposit Agreement

This Deposit Agreement reserves a specific Goldendoodle puppy from Twin Creek Doodles for the Buyer named below. The $500 deposit is applied toward the puppy's total purchase price.

The deposit is non-refundable except in the event that Twin Creek Doodles is unable to provide the reserved puppy, in which case the Buyer may choose a full refund or first pick from the next available litter. The remaining balance is due in full before or at pickup, no later than the puppy reaching 9 weeks of age. Payment methods accepted: cash, cashier's check, Zelle, or Venmo.

Pickup / delivery: puppies go home at 8 weeks. Pickup is at our home in Twin Creek, CO; ground delivery within Colorado and neighboring states can be arranged for an additional fee. If the balance is not paid and pickup not arranged by 10 weeks of age, the reservation may be released and the deposit forfeited.
