This Guardian Home Contract is between Twin Creek Doodles ("Breeder") and the Guardian named below. The Guardian provides a loving home for a breeding dog owned by the Breeder, while the Breeder retains breeding rights as described here.

The Guardian agrees to: provide daily care, food, exercise, and routine veterinary care; keep the dog intact and on the Breeder's agreed health and nutrition plan; and make the dog available to the Breeder for up to 3 planned litters (females) or 4 breeding years (males), or until the dog reaches 5 years of age, whichever comes first — after which the dog is spayed/neutered at the Breeder's expense and full ownership transfers to the Guardian at no cost.

The Breeder agrees to cover all breeding-related costs: health and genetic testing, breeding-related veterinary care, whelping (which takes place at the Breeder's home), and the spay/neuter at retirement. The Guardian home must be within 90 minutes of Twin Creek, CO, have a securely fenced yard, and agree to scheduled visits around heat cycles and breeding windows. The dog remains the Breeder's legal property until retirement, and this contract may be ended by the Breeder if the dog's care falls below the agreed standard.
